Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

All products will be processed within 3-4 business days of purchase if products are located in our USA warehouse. If products are ordered from our international warehouse, then orders will be processed within 7-8 business days of purchase. Please allow 15 business days for USA delivery from our USA warehouse and 20 days from our international warehouse. 

If an order has an item that is on backorder, then the entire order will not ship until all items can be shipped. If you want the other items now, you will have to remove the backordered items.

Please Note:  Although many of our items ship direct from our USA warehouse in New Jersey , certain "special order" items ship direct from the maker in China, arrive by China Post/USPS. Please allow for 3-4 weeks for delivery on special orders.

RETURN POLICY

If there is something wrong with your order ( wrong item, defective product, etc.), return it to us in it's original packaging within 15 days of delivery and we’ll be happy to issue a refund or replacement. 

Please Note: Although many of our items ship direct from our USA warehouse in New Jersey, certain "special order" items ship direct from the maker in China, arrive by China Post/USPS. Please allow for 3-4 weeks for replacement on special orders. 

Exchanges are a little more difficult since we order close to exact quantities of what we need. We usually order a few extras, but they go fast. If you need an exchange, email us and we’ll see what we can do.

Please Note:   Customer pays return shipping on exchanges. The USPS has the best rates in our experience, but you can ship back to us any way you like.

OUTDOORS ONLINE RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We will accept unused or defective merchandise, with the original sales receipt/packing slip within 45 days. Returns will not be accepted without the original sales/ packing slip. All returns are subject to verification of original sale, and we reserve the right to limit returns.

 Returns within 7 days of purchase Returns within 7 days receive a full refund in the original form of payment. If original form of payment is not available, a merchandise credit* will be issued.
Returns within 14 days of purchase Returns within 14 days of purchase receive a full refund by means of merchandise credit/ gift card.
Returns within 45 days of purchase Returns within 45 days of purchase receive a full refund by means of merchandise credit/ gift card

 

HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY

Purchases made from 12/01/16 through 12/30/16 may only be returned through 1/15/17. After January 15, 2017 only returns and refunds to gift cards will be permitted.
